We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, with the ferry terminal just a stone's throw away and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, providing all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Milazzo.

I really enjoyed my accomodation in Cassisi Hotel. It is in the city center, the room and bed are very comfortable and the staff are polite. I stayed in four hotels in Europe with similar prices in the same week, Cassisi Hotel is definetely the best one.

The hotel was an excellent choice for my weekend stay. the room was impressive, with amenities that are usually found in more expensive hotels. the staff were friendly and helpful, calling the parking garage to ensure it remained open until our arrival. the hotel's location was perfect, and we managed to find excellent dining options only a short stroll away. the hotel was conveniently located close to the ferry terminal, making travel stress-free.
The hotel's customer service was lacking, particularly during breakfast. We were promised breakfast from 7:00, but it was not ready by 7:30 when we had to depart for the next leg of our journey.

I didn't stay in hotel room too much.
I booked it for it's Internet availability but the connection speed was dreadfully slow. I found out later their service provider provides a 15kb\sec download speed which is painfully slow, not suited to business travellers. I ended up using a dodgy Internet cafe to book remainder of trip, first time in 3 months I had to do that.

The location was perfect. It was a block from the port for ferries to the Aeolian Islands and about a 15-minute walk to the beach. Staff was very accommodating. The room was very clean and stylish. A welcoming drink and snacks the first evening were a nice touch.
There is no parking available. It can be difficult to find a space on city streets.

Convenient Location & Comfortable Rooms
During my business trip, I loved the proximity of this hotel to the harbor and public transportation options. It was easy to catch a ferry or bus to nearby cities, and there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. the breakfast offered a good variety of options to start my day.
My stay was marred by the excessive noise level that lasted until the early morning hours. I couldn't sleep due to a party or event happening nearby that wasn't disclosed by staff.

Located just a stone's throw away from the ferry terminal and city center, this hotel is a great choice for those travelling by car. With its prime location near the port for the Aeolian islands, catching a boat couldn't be easier. Comfortable beds, well-equipped rooms, and a delicious breakfast make for a pleasant stay. Plus, the hotel offers convenient amenities, such as slippers in the room, lift access to floors, and helpful staff.
The hotel's wifi connection can be complicated and inconsistent at times.
